– first branch to open in six months, thanks to Corum Group Guyana

BURGER KING, an American global chain of hamburger fast food restaurants, will in approximately six months open its doors in the Land of Many Waters, thanks to the Corum Group Guyana.

Known for having one of the country’s most exquisite night spots and restaurants, and most recently adding the Pizza Hut brand to their repertoire, the Corum Group Guyana according to Vice-President of Marketing and Sales Navin Singh, the first restaurant will cater for at least 30 new employees and additional restaurants will employ around the same number.

Singh said Corum Group Guyana was happy to add the Burger King brand to its list of fast-food chains and is certain that the brand will be welcomed with opened arms by Guyanese.

Corum Group Guyana is already looking to host a job fair to target new employees and begin training. Company directors are currently overseas attending franchise meetings and training.

Thanks to Corum Group Guyana, the Pizza Hut brand was re-introduced to the local market and now operates at four locations, employing hundreds of Guyanese.
