JULIUS Tejowah, a man accused of raping a minor under the age of 16, appeared before Justice Navendra Singh and a Jury on Thursday for the crime.

The Prosecution led by Tuanna Hardy and comprises of Tameika Clarke and Seeta Bishundyal, contends that on July 31, 2015 Tejowah allegedly penetrated the minor.

Meanwhile, Hardy and her team are expected to call eight witnesses to the stand during the in-camera trial.

Tejowah is being represented by attorney Maxwell McKay.
