WITH Sunday being Mother’s Day, this weekend it’s time to put mom in focus! And there’re several events that you can take mom out to and spend some quality time!
It all climaxes with the annual Mother and Daughter Pageant at the National Cultural Centre on Sunday. Leading up to that there’s afternoon tea at Herdmanston Lodge on Saturday, while Food for the Poor will celebrate mothers at the Promenade Gardens on Sunday afternoon!
And if you’re just not in the mood to do the cooking, but still want to give mom that special lunch, Palm Court is willing to do it for you! You can stay in for the brunch or pick up one of their baskets!
Outside of our mom-centred outings, there’s a lot that’s making this weekend a really lively one! The postponed Sinach concert is finally here, and it’s on Saturday under the open skies at the National Park (Let’s just hope the rain holds)!
Over at Palm Court, Pulse is having a party and it has a lot to do with hookahs and tequila, so if that’s your fix, then head on over!
