The Committee Members, Management and Staff of The Sugar Industry Labour Welfare Fund Committee (SILWFC) wish to extend their deepest condolences to the relatives and friends of the late Kenneth Oscar Joseph, General Secretary of NAACIE.

The late Kenneth Oscar Joseph served as a Member of The Sugar Industry Labour Welfare Fund Committee (SILWFC) since 2003 until he met his demised. He was a very dedicated member and relentlessly pursued invaluable contributions in the interest of sugar workers at committee meetings and even outside of that.
He was ever polite and rarely exhibited any anger even during the most heated of exchanges at meetings.
He would be deeply missed for his wise guidance and general contributions.
