A route 48 minibus crashed into the guard rail of a bridge in Dennis Street, ‘A’ Field Sophia this afternoon.

The accident occurred at approximately 17:30h and even though the guard rail pierced through the windscreen of the minibus, there were no serious injuries.

While details of the accident are still unclear, initial reports indicate that the driver was speeding.
