RUGBY players ‘de-rusted’ their system with a North Vs South XV game at the National Park’s surface yesterday afternoon.

Following an almost two-month layoff, the locals opened the season with a friendly game which featured mixed teams.

In the end, the North reigned supreme with Rondel Mc Arthur scoring three tries, Patrick King two and Avery Corbin one,while Godfrey Brooms had four conversions in a total of 38.
For the south, Lloyd Anderson scored two tries while Blaise Bailey, Lancelot Adonis and Jamal Angus each scored one. Adonis had one conversion to Ryan Gonzalves two in the team’s 31 total.
