THERE is a parallel between Ministers Henry and Ferguson’s scholarships and former Minister Nandlall’s law books: both were done for self-enrichment off the taxpayers while each was holding public office.

In Nandlall’s case, it was a condition of service. Was this the case with the sitting ministers?
