A DRIVER who was convicted a third time for Driving Under the Influence (DUI) has had his licence suspended indefinitely by Magistrate Marissa Mittelholzer at the Whim Magistrate’s Court.Tirendra Totaram, 21, called “ Gopaul” of 61 Grant 1805, Crabwood Creek, Corentyne, Berbice pleaded guilty to driving under the influence of alcohol. He appeared in court on November 21 when the order was handed down.

Police said he was previously convicted twice for the said offence. The first conviction was on January 04, 2015 and the second on June 08, 2016.
