CHAIRPERSON of the Teaching Service Commission, Mrs. Leila Ramson, has said the body is yet to decide whether to appeal or move ahead after a High Court judge last week scrapped its method of promoting teachers.Ramson has said that contrary to a Guyana Chronicle report earlier this week on the subject, the body is yet to make a decision.
