Political activist Vickram Outar Bharrat will now complement the work of the National Assembly, having been sworn in as a People’s Progressive Party (PPP) Member of Parliament.
Bharrat replaces Attorney-at-Law Charles Ramson Jnr, who recently resigned as a Member of Parliament to pursue a Masters in oil and gas studies. In this photo, Bharrat is being greeted by the Speaker of the National Assembly, Dr. Barton Scotland.
