JUSTICE Madam Seunarine Beharry, the presiding judge in the Leon Duncan murder trial is conducting a voir dire (a trial within a trial) to determine the admissibility of an alleged confession.

The voir dire began when the prosecution led by Miss Stacy Goodings decided to put into evidence an alleged oral confession.
The defence, led by Mark Waldron, objected to the alleged confession which sparked off the voir dire by the judge.
