The driver of a vehicle attached to the Ministry of Agriculture is lucky to be alive after it toppled several times on the East Coast Demerara public road.

The Guyana Chronicle understands that the accident occurred at approximately 15:30 hrs on Monday, January 18 at Dazzle Housing Scheme.

According to reports, the pickup ended up in a nearby trench. It is being alleged by persons at the scene that the driver was under the influence of alcohol.
