Seventy – four – year old Henrietta Cadogan is now the country’s latest road fatality following an accident at One Mile, Wismar.

According to a police report, at approximately 08:45 hrs on Monday, January 18, 2016, the elderly woman of Canvas City, Wismar, was using a pedestrian crossing at One Mile, Wismar, when she was struck down by a motor vehicle.

She was taken to the Linden Hospital where she succumbed while receiving medical treatment. The driver of the motor vehicle has been arrested and is in police custody assisting with the investigations.
