IN a night of music and cultural renditions, officers and their families swayed to the mesmerising sounds of the steel pan, instrumentals and songs and selections by the Police Force Band and member of the Force.Seen enjoying the atmosphere of a well-lit Young Street, glaring with lights of various colours were Minister of Public Security Khemraj Ramjattan and his family, Police Commissioner Seelall Persaud, Commander of ‘A’ Division Clifton Hicken and other high ranking officials and their families.
