A MASON accused of breaking into a Linden home and carting off a flat screen television was released on $50,000 bail by City Magistrate Fabayo Azore on a break and enter with larceny charge. David Barman, 29 of One Mile Extension Road, Wismar, Linden is accused of breaking into the home of Jackie Bacchus on November 23 at Lot 109 One Mile and stole her $ 89,999 flat screen Panasonic television. Barman pleaded not guilty to the charge.
Bail was set at $50,000 by Magistrate Azore and the matter was adjourned until December 7, when it will be called before Chief Magistrate Ann McLennan.
