A TWENTY- eight-year-old labourer was on Thursday released on $25,000 bail by City Magistrate Fabayo Azore. He was charged for having an offensive weapon in his possessionCourtney Benjamin, also known as Maxwell Jones, of Lot 34 West La Penitence, Georgetown, denied that last week at Georgetown he had an ice pick in his possession.
Prosecutor Simone Payne did not object to bail and the magistrate set the sum at $25,000. Benjamin must return to court on October 27.
