Poor customer service at Suddie Supreme Court

I WISH to state that poor supervision currently exists at the Suddie Supreme Court on the Essequibo Coast. First and foremost, it takes a great amount of time to leave one’s home or workplace to serve as a Juror when summonsed. I am fully aware of the laws surrounding same and I am not annoyed with this. What is currently aggravating for a Juror is when you have to claim for transportation only to be told that there is no money at hand to make the payment.
This is quite disturbing as persons have to leave their daily tasks, sometimes for an entire day and this is the ‘quality of service’ we are being rewarded with in the end. Additionally, I am totally disappointed with the behaviour of the Supervisor; she lacks morale and displays poor Customer Service. Speaking to customers in a harsh manner is highly unacceptable anywhere in the world.
Something needs to be done to have these situations corrected.
