Murder accused Shakir Mohamed to know fate tomorrow

JUSTICE Brassington Reynolds, presiding in the Shakir Mohamed murder trial, will sum up the evidence to the jury tomorrow morning before handing over the case for their consideration and verdict.In relation to the offence of murder, the jury must be unanimous in their verdict. For instance, all members of the jury must be saying “Not guilty of murder”, or “Guilty of murder”. Acting on the verdict, the judge will either free the accused or condemn the accused.(George Barclay)
