CITY Magistrate Ann McLennan yesterday refused bail for a 25-year-old miner of Lot 118 First Alley, Wismar, Linden on a drug trafficking charge. 

Clive Hope pleaded not guilty to the charge that said on August 2 at Lot 22 Wismar, Linden, he had in his possession 155 grammes of marijuana for the purpose of trafficking.
However, the matter against the unrepresented defendant was transferred to Linden Court for August 13.
The prosecution’s facts were not revealed in court and Police Prosecutor Dinero Jones informed that the defendant has no antecedents.
