POLICE are investigating the death of 71-year-old Robert Marvin Wight of Lot 47 Bel Air Gardens, Georgetown, whose body was found on the Georgetown seawall yesterday afternoon, in the vicinity of Conversation Tree, with a bullet wound in the mouth.

He had been a licensed firearm holder who was reputedly experiencing domestic problems, and is reported to have shot himself through his mouth at about 14:50hrs on the Kitty seawall.
Police have recovered his .32 Taurus revolver with four rounds and one spent shell.
Persons present at his home yesterday avoided commenting on his demise, but reports are that the man walked out of his home shortly before 15:00hrs and went to the seawall, a short distance away, where he reportedly shot himself in the mouth.
Wight is survived by his wife and children.
