THE number one accused in the Friendship murder case, Stephen Andrews was freed by the jury, recently, at the Demerara Assizes. He had been indicted jointly with Roger Vyphuis for the unlawful killing of Dulcie Trim called ‘Teacher Dolly’ on May 18, 2008.
Following the not guilty verdict returned by the jurors, Andrews, who was represented by attorney-at-law Ms. Sonia Parag, was discharged by Justice Dawn Gregory.
