ERROL Copperfield (no address given) yesterday appeared before Chief Magistrate Priya Sewnarine-Beharry, and pleaded not guilty to the charge of unlawful assault. According to the particulars of the offence, on January 18 at Arapaima Avenue, Guyhoc Park, he unlawfully assaulted Shawn Henry.
The defendant was put on a bond and the case will be called again on February 25.
