POLICE are investigating the circumstances surrounding the reportedly suicidal hanging of Gobin, a 59-year-old farmer of Cullen village, Essequibo Coast, whose body was discovered by relatives on Sunday, January 6, suspended by a length of rope in his locked home. He reportedly had been subjected to serious family problems, and that had been compounded by his, reportedly, being an alcoholic.
