GLADSTON Mac of lot 11 Block “E” Sophia yesterday celebrated his 101st   birthday and he attributed this to God and his family.

When this publication visited the home Mac was well dressed and ready for the camera. He said he is proud to have achieved this milestone “I can’t complain,” he said.
Mac said he has always believed in God and noted that the saviour has done many things for him during his many years on earth.
Mac got married in 1944, and is the father of nine children, 30 grand children, 70 great grands and five great great grandchildren.
