ANOTHER packed day of action will unfold today at the Thirst Park ground when the COURTS/Petra Pee Wee Inter-Schools football competition continues with eight more matches. The day gets under way at 10:00hrs with Tucville going up against Sophia and St Sidwell’s against St Pius simultaneously.
Following those two matches, West Ruimveldt Primary meet F.E Pollard and Green Acres challenge St Gabriel’s from 11:00hrs.
At noon, Marian Academy face Ketley Primary and South Ruimveldt battle Enterprise then the day wraps up with the final two matches that start at 13:00hrs as North Georgetown challenge Redeemer and St Margret’s go head-to-head with Success Academy.
These teams exhibited great talent last week with some more acquainted with the game than others but one thing is certain, they will improve as each week passes.
Last week, wins were recorded by Marian Academy, St Margret’s, Redeemer, Tucville, North Georgetown and Sophia.
