BRIAN Jordan, 43, of Lot 318 North East La Penitence, Georgetown, appeared before Magistrate Faith Mc Gusty yesterday, charged with unlawful wounding and using threatening language.

Particulars of the charges said, on October 16, the defendant unlawfully and maliciously wounded Shakeel David and threatened him.
Jordan pleaded not guilty to both offences.
Police Sergeant Winneth Hubbard, prosecuting, had no objection to bail for the defendant but requested that he and the virtual complainant keep away from each other until the cases are determined.
Jordan was ordered to post $40,000 surety and was bonded to keep the peace.
However, the cases will be called, again, today.
