RAMSOOK Ramdeo (no address given) appeared before Magistrate Alex Moore, at Sparendaam Court on Wednesday, charged with failing a breathalyser test on April 18. Particulars of the offence said it was committed at Industry Public Road, also on East Coast Demerara, where the defendant was unable to fully control the vehicle he was driving.
Ramdeo pleaded guilty and was fined $7,500 and his driver’s licence was endorsed.
