CLAUDIUS Henry (no address given) appeared before Sparendaam Magistrate Alex Moore yesterday, charged with driving while his breath alcohol level  exceeded the legal limit. Particulars of the charge stated that, on April 6 at Plaisance, East Coast Demerara, Henry drove a vehicle while his breath alcohol level registered at .121 percent, thereby making him incapable of fully controlling the vehicle.
Henry pleaded guilty and was fined $7,500 as a first offender. Particulars of this offence were also endorsed upon his driver’s licence.
