Accused robber remanded for alleged ring and chain theft

CLINTON Anthony James (no address given), appearing before Magistrate Allan Wilson on a robbery charge, pleaded not guilty to the offence, which stated that on February 22, he robbed Kenesha Branford of a gold ring and chain totalling in value $90,100. Police Corporal, Jairam Luckhai, prosecuting, objected to bail on the basis of the prevalence and seriousness of the offence.
Remanded to prison, James will make another court appearance on March 15.
