SURESH Ramanan (no address given) was yesterday ordered to lodge $350,000 bail until he returns to court today.
It happened when he appeared before Magistrate Sueanna Lovell on an indictable charge of fraudulent misappropriation.
Particulars of the offence said, between December 11 and 12, being solely entrusted, by Mark Mc Call, with 386 grammes of raw gold, valued $3.8M, to deliver to Alvin Parag, he fraudulently converted it to his own use and benefit.
