MOTORCYCLE pillion rider Bishram Singh, 30, of Greenwich Park,  was killed in a road accident that occurred about 23:15hrs on Thursday, November 24, at Orangestein, also on East Bank Essequibo. Police said investigations revealed that Ashram Tiwari, 26, of Uitvlugt, West Coast Demerara, was riding the motorbike, CD 8250, with Singh as the pillion, when he lost control and crashed.
Both men were taken to Leonora Cottage Hospital, also on West Coast Demerara, where Singh was pronounced dead on arrival.
Tiwari was referred to Georgetown Public Hospital (GPH) where he has been admitted a patient.
