TEN ‘Lucky Dollar’ customers won $10,000 hampers in the store’s ‘Lucky 10’ Competition, and some of them took home their prizes yesterday.
A presentation ceremony took place at the Regent Street Store where four of the 10 winners turned up to receive their prizes from Chain Manager Robert Arjoon.
The winners present were Candice Phillips and Mohanie Singh who shopped from the Mon Repos, East Coast Demerara branch, and Neocy Marshall and a representative of Timberwood Product, who made purchases from the Regent Street branch.
The other winners are Bidyawattie Chunilall, Boumattie Persaud, Earnie Harmon, Ronald Layne, Mahadai Marques, and Marcia Murice.
The competition began last October 14 and customers who made cash or credit purchases of over $5000 were given a chance to win a hamper.
“At Lucky Dollar Guyana, we are always looking for a chance to reward our customers for their patronage throughout the year. We are extremely pleased to serve and reward our customers in many ways no other retailer is able to match,” Arjoon said.
