AN EMPLOYEE of the Guyana Revenue Authority (GRA) has been charged with larceny by clerk or servant. Paul Henry, 22, of Lot 18 Victoria Road, Sparendaam, East Coast Demerara, appeared before Magistrate Sueanna Lovell yesterday, when he pleaded not guilty to having stolen a file valued at $550 on October 5, being employed by GRA as a clerk or servant, the file being the property of his employer.
On the application of attorney-at-law Mr. Patrice Henry, for the defence, the defendant was placed on $15,000 bail until November 11.
