I do not know the ‘big coat’ guy but I know the former Attorney General Sir Shridath Ramphal whose residence I guarded whilst serving in the Guyana Police Force from which I departed in 1976. I was moved after reading the article in which he paid glowing tribute to His Excellency the President.
I wonder if the big coat guy read it and if so, he should digest it and stop critizing the President and his Government.
