POLICE have jointly charged two men, Lowell Hope and Shurland Joseph (no addresses given) for the August 9 sex murder of Kennedy Cream.
The duo appeared before Magistrate Hazel Octive-Hamilton, in Georgetown, yesterday and were remanded to prison. Particulars of the capital offence said the two accused murdered the victim in the course of a rape.
At the request of police corporal Venetta Pindar, prosecuting, the case was transferred to Port Kaituma Court, in North West District, for November 1.
