THREE men, charged with assault causing actual bodily harm, were each put on $25,000 bail yesterday by Magistrate Hazel Octive-Hamilton, Edgar Lawson, 18, Jomo Johnson, 17, and Jason Miller (no addresses given) all pleaded not guilty to the offence, particulars of which said, on August 15, at Brickdam Police Station, they unlawfully assaulted Kurt Adamson.
Their case has been transferred to another court for November 2.
