SOME amusement, but a whole lot of anger too is what Sasenarine Singh elicits, whenever he writes his anti-PPP/C ‘composition.’ I have just a few points to make, and I hope that this shallow filibuster will ‘come’ to his senses.’
First, I posit a simple ‘self-examining’ question. Who is Sasenarine Singh? He comes over as a bitter, complaining (fox without the grapes) and shallow individual. Sasenarine was seriously implicated in many corrupt practices. Only recently he was in a situation of embarrassment and discomfort, when allegations of corruption and extortion were levelled against him by a businessman. This alone suffices to categorize the man. Singh posits that the PPP/C is just about corruption. But Singh was once a PPP member and it is possible that ‘corruption’ to which the businessman alluded might’ve been behind his throwing out from the party.

Secondly, he keeps carping about the candidacy of Donald Ramotar. ‘Bro Sase’ (and a few other losers too) is terribly upset that his ‘nemesis and debunker’ was unanimously chosen to lead the PPP/C in the upcoming elections. He makes a point of internal harmony and success (the PPP/C’s) and being disappointed, he languishes in his own bitterness. Thus, he complains about something he has no say in. This is so infantile. In the Creole parlance, it is tantamount to ‘mekin dem (PPP/C’s) happiness he (Sasenarine’s) distress.’ It reveals the utter evil of the man too.

So now he wants to know if Donald Ramotar is capable of delivering Cheddi Jagan’s humble dream and sets out to denigrate the presidential candidate in the process. He did so while ignoring the concerns expressed about the capability of the AFC’s presidential candidate Khemraj Ramjattan. This idol of Sasenarine only started criticising the PPP/C after he was rejected. Ramjattan also was sanctioned by a certain organisation for inappropriate behaviour.  So I hope that ‘Sase’ stops and thinks, before any utterance is made by mouth or pen.

I repeat therefore: Sasenarine Singh comes over as a bitter, demented man. I advise that he be sidelined.
