Wounding, damage to property cases transferred

ANTHONY Harilall, 31, appeared before Magistrate Sherdel Isaacs-Marcus, at Vreed-en-Hoop Court, West Coast Demerara, yesterday, charged with unlawful wounding and unlawful damage to property. The defendant pleaded not guilty to the May 28 offences, particulars which said he wounded Adrian Allicock at Sisters Village, West Bank Demerara and damaged 10 louvre window panes, valued $2,000, belonging to Muneshwar Persaud.
He was ordered to post $30,000 bail for the unlawful wounding and released on his own recognisance on the other charge.
Harilall (no address given) has to make his next appearance, on June 10, at Wales Court, also on West Bank Demerara, to which his cases have been transferred.
