Bail refused for man facing three counts of robbery under arms

A MAN was yesterday remanded to prison by Magistrate Hazel Octive-Hamilton on three counts of robbery under arms.
Ryan Hescott (no address given) was not required to plead to the indictable charge, which stated that, on April 7, being armed with a gun, he robbed Vaul Stewart of one gold band valued $60,000.
Also, on the said date, being armed with a gun, he robbed Rudy Bishop of medication valued $300,000 among other items totaling $1.8M.
It is also alleged that on April 1, being armed with a gun, he robbed Godfrey Sipio of items totaling $385,000.
Police Corporal Venetta Pindar, prosecuting, objected to bail and requested another date to apply the Administration of Justice Act (AJA).
The application was granted and the accused was remanded to prison until April 27.
