A SCHOOL teacher, who was charged with carnal knowledge in 2007, has been committed to stand trial in the High Court. Magistrate Hazel Octive-Hamiltion signed the committal warrant on Monday after concluding the preliminary inquiry (PI) into the charge and ruled that a prima facie case was made out against Dwayne Hilliman (no address given).
The offence was alleged to be committed on October 3, 2007 and the accused is on $500,000 bail.
