MOHABIR Jairam pleaded not guilty yesterday, after being charged before Magistrate Nyasha Williams-Hatmin with unlawful assault to cause bodily harm, and making use of threatening language. Particulars of the offence stated that on January 29, in the vicinity of Philadelphia, East Bank Essequibo, he unlawfully assaulted Lokewattie Mohdo to cause actual bodily harm.
And he is also charged with using threatening language to Mohdo.
He was granted $35,000 bail, and is to appear in Court on April 7.
