THE Regional Administration in Region Two (Pomeroon/Supenaam) will be hosting the 2011 Chutney Competition finals, the Region’s representative on the National Mashramani Committee, Mr. Daneshwar  Gangoo said. He announced that the event will be staged at Anna Regina Community Centre Ground on February 19, beginning at 20:00 hrs.
Three times National Chutney King, Haresh Singh, told the Guyana Chronicle he will be representing Region Two, again.
The singer, who hails from Bush Lot, also on Essequibo Coast Village, said he is confident of winning the crown for a fourth time and making all Essequibians proud.
