AUTOMOBILE Power Products, which sells a range of that brand and spare parts, on Thursday, announced the winners of its
‘Walk in, Ride Out with Jialing’ promotion.
A total of $500,000 were won by customers who took three grand prizes, of a 100 cc Jialing scooter, an air condition (AC)
unit and a Plasma television set.
Five mountain bicycles were presented as consolation prizes, for the rivalry which began on October 18, 2010 and ended on
January 18, 2011, during which time every purchase of $4000 and more entitled the customer to a coupon to fill and drop in boxes
provided at the company’s store.
The first prize 100 cc scooter went to Abdool Ghanie (no address stated), the second prize AC unit to Ganesh Kissoon, of
Parika Backdam, East Bank Essequibo and the third prize Plasma television to Keisha Blake of Block 22, Linden.
The five mountain bikes were taken by L. Suklall of Greenwich Park, also on the East Bank Essequibo; Farouz Khan of New Market
Street and Melissa Dos Santos of East Ruimveldt, both in Georgetown and Luke Hussain, of Mon Repos, East Coast Demerara.
The presentations were made by Neela Chowtia, Accounts Supervisor; Jeremy Bankay, Workshop Clerk and Monalissa Sammy,
Automobile Power Products representative.
Sammy congratulated the winning group and extended heartfelt gratitude, on behalf of her company, also to the customers who
gave their support throughout 2010.
