ROY Cascious, 46, has been charged with inflicting grievous bodily harm on his sister, Zoe Cascious.
He appeared before Acting Chief Magistrate Priya Sewnarine-Beharry yesterday and pleaded guilty, admitting that he committed the offence on January 3.
Police prosecutor Inspector Stephen Telford, prosecuting, said the defendant and his sibling were involved in an argument and he cuffed her on the mouth and head.
The brother confessed to hitting the virtual complainant but said he did it out of frustration.
The magistrate ordered a probation report on the convict’s background and postponed sentence to January 28.
Until then, he is on $40,000 bail.
