ON Christmas day, Teddies representatives delivered hampers to Christmas babies at the New Amsterdam Hospital in Berbice. A statement from ‘D ‘n A Marketing’, the advertising agency representing Teddys’ in Guyana, said at the time of presentation, there were only two Christmas baby boys.

The first Christmas baby boy was born to Enawattie Nathur at 07:15 hrs. His weight was 2.6 kg. The second baby boy was born to Merlyn Mohabir. Her baby was born at 08:45 hrs and weighed 2.55 kg.

Twenty-seven other mothers, and mothers awaiting delivery in the maternity ward, also received Teddies samples.

This is an annual exercise for Teddies Diaper and they have been doing this for over ten years. Each hamper included Teddies Diapers, Teddies booty and Teddies bib.
