Scotiabank’s annual caroling today

Come enjoy…
It’s that time of the year again when Scotiabankers and friends take to the street on horse-drawn carts to bring Christmas cheer to the community.
Scotiabank’s Marketing Manager, Ms. Jennifer Cipriani, said “this fun and exciting event” will be held from 17:00 hrs this afternoon at the bank’s 104 Carmichael Street branch in the City.
“As customary, we will spread Christmas cheer to several children and adult institutions,” Cipriani said in a statement.
She said hampers filled with goodies will be donated to the Ptolemy Reid Rehabilitation Centre, Joshua House, St. Ann’s Orphanage, New Nazareth Homestead, St. Vincent de Paul Homestead and the Chase Home.
Under its Bright Future Programme, Scotiabank will also present Mercy Wings Vocational Centre and the Ruimveldt Children’s Centre with US$7500 and US$9000 respectively to assist those institutions over the next three years with their education and health programmes benefitting youths and children. The contributions will be made annually in three equal installments.
