ALEX Chattergoon, 20, of Paradise, Essequibo Coast, appeared before Acting Chief Magistrate Priya Sewnarine-Beharry yesterday on a murder charge. Particulars of the capital offence, with which he is charged, said, he unlawfullly killed Damien La Rose, last October 29, at Kumaka, Water Front, Moruca River, North West District.
Chattergoon, a fisherman, was remanded to prison until January 11.
