CHAIRMAN of the Police Complaints Authority (PCA), former Chancellor of the Judiciary, Cecil Kennard will be in Bartica, Region Seven (Cuyuni-Mazaruni) on Friday 8th and Saturday 9th October 2010.
At 14:00 h on Friday, he will meet with members of the Police Force at the Bartica Police Station to explain his role and functions and to raise with them matters which are of concern to him.
At 17:00 h on the said date he will be on Bartica television to explain his role.
On Saturday October 9th, he will be at Winston Miller’s premises at 4th Avenue, Bartica from 08:30 h to meet with members of the public who may wish to raise matters which are of concern to them.
Residents of Region Seven are asked to turn up and discuss their problems with him.
For the year the Chairman has already visited Anna Regina, Essequibo Coast, New Amsterdam and Linden. He plans to visit Mahdia, Lethem, Mabaruma and Port Kaituma shortly.
