IT is time for stronger media questions on the collective failures, omissions and misdeeds in the Guyanese society. Some Guyana Chronicle editorials are most welcomed and timely. Now it must continue to ask more hard questions. These questions relate to the long overdue Local Government elections, senseless vandalism of utility and public equipment, shoddy public works, local government failures to oversee and maintain their infrastructures, and justice system delays, investigation and prosecution failures to name just a few.
Everyone must be called into account when necessary to explain their roles and to contribute solutions to the problems facing the society, without bias or favour.
