Much in store for Linden

AS Linden celebrates its 40th Town Week anniversary, I can’t help thinking about the transformation that is in store for the town. Over the years that town has evolved from a mining area to a well developed community.
I anticipate that Linden will become a major port of businesses because of its link to Lethem and Brazil.
Recently, some Brazilian investors were in the business community of Linden discussing the potential for future ventures.
If such avenues are created there will be even more transformation and employment opportunities that will benefit many persons in the town.
It will also enhance the aesthetics, thus attracting a larger crowd in town week while marketing our country.
I wish to commend the organizers of the Town Week for doing a great job and also the government for its efforts to upgrade the development of Linden.
